History

Helen's Place is in a house that was built in 1912. The house was built by a prominent local family and is still in a mostly residential neighborhood so it has a real "homey" feeling.  The business was opened in 1986. Since the beginning it has had the reputation as THE place to hold any social function. Great Place with home town cooking.

SUMMARY

Reports of Paranormal activity include smell, full apparitions, and unexplained noises, being watched, like an unseen presence has been patrolling the halls. Members of the current staff of the restaurant have reported seeing apparitions, and in general, strange occurrences around the building.
